About the Role





Lead implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors EC with HCM Middle East Payroll.

Responsibilities

- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and design payroll solutions aligned with local compliance.
- Configure EC modules and payroll rules, ensuring seamless integration.
- Provide guidance on statutory requirements (GOSI, WPS, gratuity, end-of-service benefits, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HR and payroll solutions.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer sessions.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
