Employs a consultative method to comprehend SAP Fieldglass functionality and leverage understanding for solution development.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills to lead and facilitate requirements and design workshops with stakeholders on projects as well as enhancement requests

- Develop and execute comprehensive work plans and test plans to ensure high quality work product prior to deployment
- Experience in the HR domain and on a SaaS application SAP Fieldglass, Workday etc is a plus
