- Capable of proactively and independently collaborating with the functional Contingent Worker Management teams to grasp process complexities and integration needs, translating them into technical specifications. Employs a consultative method to comprehend SAP Fieldglass functionality and leverage understanding for solution development.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills to lead and facilitate requirements and design workshops with stakeholders on projects as well as enhancement requests
