Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant with solid functional expertise across Finance and Controlling, along with hands-on experience in implementation, rollout, upgrade and support projects.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling end-to-end FICO activities, from requirement gathering and configuration through migration, testing, Go-Live and post-Go-Live support.

- 5+ years of relevant SAP FICO functional experience within the overall 5–8 years experience range.
- Strong consulting experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant.
- Experience in Implementation / Rollout / Upgrade / Support projects.
- Strong understanding of Finance &
- Controlling business processes and their integration with other SAP modules.
- S/4HANA experience.

- Prepare and maintain functional designs and project documentation.
- Provide training and support to end users.
- Mentor junior consultants and support team members.
- Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to timely project delivery.

- Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage SAP FICO implementation, rollout, support and development activities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP FICO solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules based on business requirements.
- Support data migration activities and ensure successful data validation.




- Plan and execute functional testing, including defect resolution.
- Support Go-Live and Post-Go-Live activities.
- Prepare functional specifications for required developments and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers and functional/technical teams.
- Conduct periodic testing and ensure adherence to relevant security and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and recommend innovative SAP solutions.
- Support adoption of new SAP technologies and process improvements.
