We are looking for an experienced SAP Logistics Warehouse professional with strong hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations and SAP LE-WM / MM-IM. The candidate should have worked as a Power User / Key User and should be comfortable working with business users, SAP consultants, testing teams, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze existing logistics and warehouse processes and identify gaps and business requirements.

- Support Plant Key Users and Plant Users during Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT.

- Support SAP data migration, including test and productive migration.

- Conduct training sessions for Key Users and business users.

- Provide Hypercare and post-Go-Live support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related defects during testing and after Go-Live.

- Work closely with SAP consultants to communicate business requirements and process improvements.

- Support SAP implementation and Go-Live activities.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SAP functional/technical consultants and business users.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- 6+ years of experience in Logistics Warehouse Operations.

- Strong experience in at least one of these areas:

- Inbound Logistics

- Outbound Logistics

- Warehouse Internal Movements / Production Supply

- Packaging

- Good working knowledge of the other logistics areas.

- Minimum 2 years as SAP Power User / Key User.





- Strong knowledge of SAP LE-WM and MM-IM (Inventory Management).

- Knowledge of important SAP Logistics transactions and tables.

- Good understanding of Production Replenishment and its integration with logistics.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industry.

- Hands-on experience with SAP RF Framework / Handheld Scanners in warehouse operations.

- Experience gathering business requirements and communicating them to SAP consultants.

- Experience in SAP business process testing and custom development testing.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- SAP EWM 9.5.

- S/4HANA Embedded EWM.

- Experience supporting SAP R/3 LE-WM implementation and Go-Live as a Key User.

- Exposure to SAP SD, QM, and PP.

- Experience in Bosch Business processes such as BBM, PT, or DC.
