We are seeking a mid- senior level SAP Data Quality Analyst to serve as the critical bridge between business requirements and technical execution. In this role, you will be directly responsible for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather complex business requirements, translating them into robust data rules, and developing automated data profiling, cleansing, and monitoring solutions within the SAP ecosystem. The ideal candidate possesses deep, authoritative knowledge of SAP data structures and architectural frameworks, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity, governance, and compliance across our global business units.

Key Responsibilities

- Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with business process owners, functional leads, and data stewards to extract, document, and analyze complex business requirements regarding data usage and quality standards.
- Technical Specification Design: Translate non-technical business validation logic into explicit,

rigorous technical rules and functional specifications for downstream development.
- Data Quality Solution Development: Architect, develop, test, and deploy automated data profiling rules, validation validation scripts, and data cleansing routines using SAP Information Steward and

SAP Data Services (BODS).
- Expert SAP Ecosystem Management: Maintain deep visibility into SAP ERP data structures

(including S/4HANA core tables, Master Data frameworks, and transactional configurations for MM, SD, and FI modules) to optimize data workflows.
- Dashboarding & Scorecard Development: Design, construct, and manage advanced data quality scorecards and executive-facing health dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI to visualize metric trends.
- Root Cause Analysis & Remediation:



Conduct deep-dive investigative analyses on production data exceptions, identifying systemic pipeline flaws or training deficiencies, and coordinate with technical teams to apply permanent code or structural fixes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- SAP Technical Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience developing advanced data quality solutions within SAP Information Steward and SAP Data Services (BODS).
- Deep ERP Core Knowledge: Comprehensive, expert-level understanding of SAP master data architecture (Material, Customer, Vendor, and Bill of Materials) and functional ERP configurations.
- Requirements Engineering: Proven track record of leading structured discovery workshops, managing stakeholder expectations, and translating ambiguous business demands into structured technical rules.
- Advanced Development Capabilities: Robust proficiency writing advanced SQL queries for cross-table profiling, along with experience creating ETL pipelines, data structures, or cleansing scripts.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to isolate complex data anomalies across relational databases and construct scalable solutions to resolve them permanently.
- Communication Prowess: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex data risks to both business executives and system developers.

Education & Certifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data

Analytics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5-7+ years of total data analyst experience, with at least 5 years focused heavily on SAP enterprise data environments.
- Preferred Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP Data Services, SAP Information

Steward, or formal Data Governance certifications (e.g., DAMA CDMP)
