Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support data and analytics projects. The candidate should have strong SAP Finance and Sales functional knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements (BRD/Functional Specifications).

Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and UAT sessions.





Coordinate and execute SIT/UAT testing, defect tracking, and validation.

Provide BAU support and troubleshoot business/system issues.

Perform data analysis, data validation, and root cause analysis.

Support reporting and dashboards using Power BI or similar analytics tools.

Work with development teams to manage enhancements and defects.

Required Skills

SAP Finance (FI/CO) and Sales (SD) functional knowledge.

Experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis.

Strong UAT, testing, and application support experience.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to facilitate workshops and engage business users effectively.
