ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced SAP BPC / EPM Frontend Developer with solid hands-on expertise in SAP BPC, EPM, Logic Script, VBA, Advanced Excel, and Data Manager.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of FP&A; processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting, and management reporting, along with the ability to develop and maintain BPC-EPM solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, customize, maintain, and support SAP BPC / BPC-EPM solutions.

Work extensively with EPM Excel Add-in for reporting, planning, and data analysis.

Develop and maintain Logic Scripts for business requirements and planning processes.

Configure and maintain BPC Business Rules and planning logic.

Work with Data Manager for data loading, transformation, and data movement activities.

Develop VBA macros to automate Excel-based reporting, data entry, validation, and repetitive processes.

Build and maintain complex Advanced Excel reports, templates, and dashboards.

Integrate Excel workbooks with SAP BPC/EPM for planning and reporting activities.

Support data imports, exports, data mapping, and reconciliation between source systems and BPC.

Troubleshoot BPC/EPM reporting, planning,



and data-related issues.

Work with finance and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, variance analysis, and management reporting processes.

Develop and enhance BPC reports and planning applications based on business requirements.

Support testing, deployment, documentation, and production support activities.

Collaborate with functional teams, finance stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver BPC solutions.

REQUIRED FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE

Candidates should have a good understanding of:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

Budgeting & Forecasting

Financial Planning

Variance Analysis

Management Reporting

P&L; / Balance Sheet / Cash Flow concepts

Planning and consolidation processes

Financial data reconciliation

CANDIDATE PROFILE

6–10 years of total IT/technology experience.

Minimum 4+ years of relevant SAP BPC/EPM experience.

Strong hands-on experience in BPC/EPM and Excel-based planning/reporting.

Strong knowledge of Logic Script and Data Manager.

Good experience with VBA and Advanced Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
