We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant with 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP HR and a strong consulting background. The ideal candidate should have experience in at least two end-to-end SAP implementations, with strong expertise in ABAP development, SAP HCM modules, SuccessFactors integration, and SAP technical integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain SAP ABAP solutions across RICEF objects, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.

- Work on Data Dictionary, Function Modules, BAPIs, BAdIs, User Exits, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and OOABAP.

- Develop and support ABAP solutions using ABAP 7.4+ standards.

- Work closely with SAP HCM functional teams to understand and implement technical requirements.

- Develop and support solutions across Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY).

- Develop and support integrations between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors/ECC/ECP Payroll.

- Work on employee data replication and Business Integration Builder (BIB) replication scenarios.

- Analyze and troubleshoot SuccessFactors integration and payroll-related errors.

- Support SAP HCM integrations with third-party applications and external systems.

- Develop and support technical solutions using CDS Views, OData APIs, RFCs, and SAP Cloud Integration tools.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and issue resolution.

- Prepare technical specifications and development documentation.

- Ensure ABAP developments follow SAP best practices, coding standards, and development guidelines.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, business stakeholders,



and integration teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP HR.

- Strong experience in RICEF development.

- Robust knowledge of Data Dictionary, Function Modules, BAPIs, BAdIs, User Exits, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.

- Good experience in Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP) and ABAP 7.4+.

- Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules:

- Personnel Administration (PA)

- Organizational Management (OM)

- Time Management (PT)

- Payroll (PY)

- Experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integration.

- Experience with ECC/ECP Payroll and BIB replication.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

- Experience in SAP and third-party system integrations.

- Strong unit and integration testing experience.

- Positive technical documentation skills.

Good to Have

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA.

- Knowledge of CDS Views and OData APIs.

- Experience with RFC development.

- Exposure to SAP Cloud Integration tools.

- Experience with complex SuccessFactors employee data replication and payroll error troubleshooting.

- Experience working on multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- SAP ABAP/HCM certification is an advantage.
