Job Title: SAP ABAP EWM Technical Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to design, develop, and support technical solutions for warehouse management processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent ABAP development skills and hands-on experience in EWM technical enhancements. Knowledge of SAP Transportation Management (TM) integration and processes is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and support SAP ABAP solutions in SAP EWM environments.
- Design and implement Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW objects).
- Develop and support EWM-specific enhancements including:

- BAdIs

- User Exits

- RF Framework developments

- PPF actions

- Queue monitoring and troubleshooting

- Warehouse Monitor enhancements
- Build and maintain interfaces using:

- IDocs

- BAPIs

- RFCs

- Web Services

- OData Services
- Perform data migration and custom development for EWM implementations and support projects.
- Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Business Users, and Integration Teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare technical design documents, unit test cases, and deployment documentation.




- Support integration between SAP EWM and other SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, and TM.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM technical development.

- Strong expertise in
- Object-Oriented ABAP
- Reports (ALV, Interactive ALV)

- Enhancements (BADI/User Exits)
- Smart Forms / Adobe Forms
- Interfaces (IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Proxy, Web Services)

- Data Dictionary

- Performance Tuning
- Experience with EWM-specific objects and developments.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Experience working in implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Good knowledge in TM.

Valuable to Have

- Knowledge of SAP Transportation Management (TM).
- Experience with EWM-TM integration scenarios.
- Exposure to S/4HANA Embedded EWM.
- Knowledge of CDS Views, AMDP, and OData Services.
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 developments.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and transportation business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- SAP ABAP and/or SAP EWM certification preferred.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies.
