About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading the design and delivery of comprehensive Salesforce solutions across our core CRM platform and data/AI layers. As a senior individual contributor with team lead responsibilities, you will own the architecture of Salesforce solutions, mentor engineering teams, and act as the primary technical interface with clients.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-grade projects that impact multiple facets of customer relationship management and data integration.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Proven expertise in Data Cloud, including data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation, is essential. Familiarity with Agentforce components such as Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates, and Trust Layer is highly desirable.

Candidates should have proficiency in SQL and experience working with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Certifications are mandatory, including Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Data Architect, and Agentforce Specialist. Additional certifications in Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics, Einstein, or Tableau Desktop are a plus.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce,



ensuring integration and performance meet enterprise standards.
- Design and implement Sales Cloud solutions covering lead-to-prospect lifecycle management, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), forecasting, and Einstein productivity tools to optimize sales processes.
- Architect Service Cloud solutions including case management, Omni-Channel routing, knowledge bases, and self-service portals to enhance customer support capabilities.
- Develop Data Cloud ingestion pipelines, implement identity resolution strategies, and create unified Customer 360 profiles to enable comprehensive customer insights.
- Build and deploy Data Cloud-grounded Agentforce agents tailored for sales, service, and personalization use cases, ensuring seamless automation and user engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and review work performed by the Salesforce engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Present architecture decisions and technical solutions to client stakeholders and enterprise architects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
