About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of solution design and delivery across our core CRM platform, including the Data and AI layers. This role is a senior individual contributor position with team leadership responsibilities, including architecture ownership, mentoring engineers, and acting as the primary technical interface with clients.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with client needs and industry best practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Salesforce professional to lead complex projects, influence technical strategies, and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Proven expertise in Data Cloud architecture, including DMO design, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
- Working knowledge of Agentforce, including Topics, Actions,



Prompt Templates, and Trust Layer.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Salesforce certifications including Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Data Architect, and Agentforce Specialist are required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and present complex architecture decisions effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced certifications or relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce platforms.
- Design and implement Sales Cloud solutions encompassing lead-to-opportunity lifecycle, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), forecasting, and Einstein productivity tools.
- Architect Service Cloud solutions including case management, Omni-Channel routing, Knowledge base, and self-service portals.
- Develop Data Cloud ingestion pipelines, implement identity resolution, and create unified Customer 360 profiles to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Build and deploy Data Cloud-grounded Agentforce agents for various use cases such as sales, service, and personalization.




- Lead, mentor, and review the work of the Salesforce engineering team to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.
- Engage with client stakeholders and enterprise architects to present architecture decisions, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends to continuously improve solution offerings.
