We’re Hiring: Sales & Business Development Executive – Solar

MSS Renewtech LLP is expanding its operations in Goa and is looking for a motivated, confident and result-oriented sales professional to join our team.

? Location: Goa

? Employment Type: Full-time

? Role Type: Office and field-based sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for rooftop solar installations and annual O&M; services
- Connect with residential, commercial, hospitality and institutional clients
- Conduct cold calls, field visits, client meetings and sales presentations
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposals and quotations
- Follow up consistently with prospects and work towards achieving sales targets
- Develop relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, businesses and other channel partners across Goa
- Identify O&M; opportunities for solar plants installed by MSS Renewtech as well as other EPC companies

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable with calling, networking and field sales
- Previous experience in sales or business development is preferred




- Experience in solar, electrical products, real estate, hospitality or technical services will be an advantage
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply
- Familiarity with the local Goa market is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Konkani or Marathi will be beneficial
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred
