About Position:

We are seeking a Salesforce QA Lead to lead end-to-end testing activities for Salesforce projects including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agentforce implementations. The role requires ownership of test strategy, test planning, defect management, team guidance, and production validation across Agile delivery programs.

What You'll Do:

- Lead end-to-end testing activities for Salesforce projects, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agentforce implementations.
- Prepare test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test reports.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables.
- Manage SIT, Regression, UAT, Integration, and End-to-End testing activities.
- Review business requirements and technical specifications to identify test coverage and risks.
- Track, manage, and report defects using standard defect management tools.
- Lead a team of testers and provide guidance on testing best practices.
- Ensure test execution milestones are achieved per project timelines and support production validation and release activities.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5 to 8 years of overall testing experience with at least 3+ years in Salesforce testing.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and related business processes.
- Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT testing.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ALM.
- Knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, Flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.




- Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Strong defect lifecycle management experience with excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Nice to have: Agentforce testing, Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, Tosca, Salesforce Administrator certification, Healthcare or Life Sciences domain experience, and CI/CD exposure.
