Experience: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full time About the Role We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer / Salesforce Quality Analyst with 3+ years of experience in testing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in functional testing, regression testing, API and integration testing, data validation, and defect management. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Salesforce Developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, create comprehensive test scenarios, validate Salesforce features and integrations, and ensure high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities • Analyse business and functional requirements and translate them into test scenarios and detailed test cases.

- Create and execute test cases for Salesforce features, configurations, customisations, workflows, and business processes.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and retesting activities across Salesforce applications.
- Validate Salesforce functionalities including Flows, Validation Rules, automation, custom objects, fields, page layouts, and user access/security configurations.
- Perform API testing and integration testing using tools such as Postman.
- Validate data accuracy, consistency, and integrity using Salesforce Workbench, SOQL, and other relevant Salesforce tools.
- Execute end-to-end testing for Salesforce integrations with external systems.
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, including clear steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, severity, and supporting evidence.
- Maintain test evidence and relevant QA documentation in Confluence.
- Perform defect retesting and regression testing after fixes are deployed.




- Collaborate with developers and functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution of defects.
- Support release validation and ensure that Salesforce changes meet defined business and quality requirements.
- Participate in requirement discussions, defect triage, test planning, and release activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of test cases, test results, defects, and testing evidence.

Required Skills • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA / Salesforce Testing / Quality Assurance.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and configurations.
- Hands-on experience in: o Functional Testing o Regression Testing o Integration Testing o API Testing o Data Validation o Retesting o End-to-End Testing • Good knowledge of Salesforce Workbench and SOQL for data validation.
- Hands-on experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Experience working with Jira for defect tracking and Confluence for documentation/evidence.
- Ability to analyse requirements and independently create test scenarios and test cases.
- Good understanding of Salesforce automation such as Flows, Validation Rules, and workflows.
- Strong defect identification, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills. Good to Have • Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Experience Cloud.
- Exposure to Salesforce data migration and data cleansing validation.
- Understanding of Salesforce security, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing settings.
- Experience with Selenium or automation testing is an added advantage.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or Salesforce Associate will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
