As a Salesforce Life Science Cloud- Sr. Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Salesforce applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is not explicit.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency




- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize business processes using Salesforce Service Cloud
- Developing and managing project plans for Salesforce implementations, confirming timely delivery
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud to drive client success
- Conducting business process modeling to align Salesforce solutions with client objectives
- Leading technical consultation sessions to address client-specific requirements and challenges
- Facilitating the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative design in Salesforce projects
- Building and maintaining client relationships to support ongoing Salesforce initiatives
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for Salesforce application improvements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications

Solution Design & Development

- Lead the design and development of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud solutions with a focus on Veeva CRM integrations.
- Build custom Salesforce components (Apex, LWC, Flows, Omnistudio, etc.)



aligned with Pharma/MedTech business processes.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Veeva, and other enterprise applications.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to junior developers and guide offshore teams when needed.

Best Practices & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce and Veeva best practices, security, and compliance frameworks (21 CFR Part 11, GxP, GDPR).
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and maintain technical documentation.

Innovation & Optimization

- Evaluate new Salesforce and Veeva features and recommend adoption strategies.
- Optimize performance and scalability of Life Sciences Cloud implementations.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- 2+ years working with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (Pharma, MedTech, Health).
- Strong expertise in Veeva CRM (Sales, Medical, Events Management) and exposure to Veeva Vault.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Omnistudio.
- Experience with Salesforce Connect, APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft/ETL tools).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, security, and compliance requirements for regulated industries.

Certifications (preferred):

Salesforce Platform Developer II

- Salesforce Industries (Vlocity/Omnistudio) certification
- Veeva CRM Administrator/Developer certification

Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud certification

Preferred Attributes

Background in Pharma, Biotechnology, or MedTech domain.

Strong problem
