About Position:

We are seeking a Salesforce LWC Developer with experience in Salesforce Industry Products - Health Cloud to support healthcare-focused Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience with Lightning Web Components and an understanding of Health Cloud capabilities, healthcare workflows, and scalable Salesforce solution delivery. This role will contribute to development, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Salesforce applications.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components.
- Support Salesforce Health Cloud implementation and enhancement activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and customize Salesforce components to support healthcare workflows and Health Cloud use cases.
- Participate in development, unit testing, integration testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and supporting application stability.
- Follow Salesforce development standards, code quality guidelines, security practices, and documentation expectations.
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, reviews, and retrospectives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 2 to 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Exposure to Salesforce Industry Products - Health Cloud and healthcare business workflows.
- Understanding of Salesforce platform configuration, customization, security,



and development lifecycle.
- Ability to work with functional and technical teams to convert requirements into working Salesforce solutions.
- Good debugging, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Agile delivery, testing support, deployment activities, and production support will be preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, learning mindset, and attention to quality.
