Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developers to join our team for an immediate requirement. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning, along with solid expertise in Salesforce development and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is suitable for professionals who have worked on FSL implementation, customization, configuration and development and are comfortable working with Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Candidates should be able to understand business requirements, translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and work effectively across the complete development lifecycle.

MANDATORY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Candidates MUST meet the following requirements:

- 5–6 years of overall Salesforce experience for Associate level
- 6–9 years of overall Salesforce experience for Senior Associate level
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) – MANDATORY
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce FSL development and customization – MANDATORY
- Strong knowledge of Apex – MANDATORY
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) – MANDATORY
- Good experience with Salesforce configuration and development
- Strong understanding of Service Cloud
- Experience with Experience Cloud
- Candidates must be immediate joiners or available to join immediately
- Candidates must be willing to work from PAN India locations

Profiles without relevant hands-on Salesforce FSL experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure and customize solutions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC and other Salesforce development tools.
- Configure FSL components based on business and field-service requirements.
- Work with Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, permissions and security settings.
- Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, batch processes and integrations where required.




- Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Support Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations.
- Analyze existing Salesforce solutions and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems where required.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and FSL functionality.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards and deployment processes.
- Perform unit testing and support system/integration testing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions within defined timelines.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure quality, scalability and maintainability of developed solutions.
- Support deployment activities across Salesforce environments.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.

Required Technical Skills Salesforce Field Service Lightning – Mandatory

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce FSL is essential. Candidates should have practical experience working on FSL implementations, enhancements or customization projects.

- FSL Experience: 3+ Years – Mandatory

Senior Associate – Salesforce FSL Developer

- Overall Salesforce Experience: 6–9 Years
- FSL Experience: 3+ Years – Mandatory
