Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 8+ years of relevant Salesforce experience.
- Candidate must currently be in Bangalore and available for an in-person interview in Bangalore.
- The selected candidate will be required to work from Bangalore.
- This is a full time position.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is mandatory.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead with strong technical expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, custom development, integrations, and solution design. The candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and support of scalable Salesforce solutions while providing technical leadership to the development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs and Salesforce solutions.
- Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using:

- Apex

- Visualforce

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Aura Components
- Configure and implement key Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities, including:

- Case Management
- Omni-Channel
- Salesforce Knowledge / Knowledge Base

- CTI Integration





- Service Console
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, security best practices, governor limits, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Conduct technical design and code reviews to maintain high development standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior Salesforce developers.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, QA teams, Salesforce Administrators, developers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage and support Salesforce deployments using tools and technologies such as:

- Copado

- Jenkins

- CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues and technical defects.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend scalable and maintainable Salesforce implementation approaches.
