Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Application Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce technologies and possess a strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide support in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide application support for Salesforce platforms, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal business impact.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related technical issues, including debugging APEX code, LWC, and Triggers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and implement improvements.
- Perform data migration and integration activities,



ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
- Assist in deploying new features or updates, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 8 years of experience working with Salesforce technologies.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in a Salesforce setting.
- Experience in Salesforce configurations, workflows, and customizations.
- Familiarity with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer).
- Hands-on experience with deployment tools like Salesforce DX, Jenkins, or Copado.
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
