Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Asset Management and integrations

.Key Responsibilities

- Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and design solutions.
- Design and maintain Salesforce Asset and Serialized Product processes.
- Use Salesforce Object Manager to create and maintain status information for Asset and Serialized Product objects.
- Understand the full Asset lifecycle, including creation, updates, reassignment, deactivation, exchanges, salvage, scrap, and other exceptions.
- Work with Salesforce objects such as Asset, Serialized Product, Product, Product Item, Account, Contact, and Location.
- Design Salesforce data models, fields, relationships, validation rules, ownership, and security.
- Develop record-matching and upsert strategies using Salesforce IDs, external IDs, serial numbers, and business keys.
- Prevent duplicate records and ensure accurate data updates.
- Understand how integrations impact Flows, Triggers, Apex, validation rules, sharing, security, and automation.
- Work closely with MuleSoft and other systems to trace data throughout the complete integration process.
- Clearly define which system owns each field and business decision.
- Design audit and tracking processes for automated and manual updates.
- Support development, testing, deployment, production stabilization, and HyperCare.
- Troubleshoot issues across the complete integration flow, not just within Salesforce.
- Create clear technical documentation, field mappings, business rules,



and exception-handling documentation.
- Transfer knowledge to internal teams and build solutions that are easy to maintain.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Asset and Serialized Product objects is required.
- Experience managing Asset and Serialized Product status information using Salesforce Object Manager.
- Strong understanding of the Asset lifecycle and serialized products.
- Strong Salesforce data-modeling experience.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, bulk processing, and upsert logic.
- Good understanding of Salesforce automation, including Flow, Apex, Triggers, and validation rules.
- Understanding of Salesforce API limits, transaction behavior, security, and integration users.
- Ability to work independently and make Salesforce design decisions without relying on an architect for every decision.
- Robust communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with MuleSoft or enterprise integrations.
- Experience with audit history and data tracking.
- Experience handling complex Asset lifecycle scenarios and exceptions.
- Experience working directly with business and technical stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate A senior Salesforce developer who can own the Salesforce solution from discovery and design through development, testing, deployment and production support with strong expertise in Asset and Serialized Product management and integrations.
