We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer to build and enhance enterprise-scale Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. You’ll work extensively with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omni-Channel, REST/Bulk/Metadata APIs, and third-party integrations, while contributing to Salesforce CI/CD and deployment processes.

✅ Must-Have Skills

- 4+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, including triggers, controllers, and test classes
- Strong Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience
- Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL
- Solid experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel




- Experience creating custom objects and working within the Salesforce development workplace
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST APIs
- Experience maintaining/enhancing existing Aura and/or Visualforce components
- Hands-on experience with Git, Salesforce CI/CD, deployment, and migration processes
- Upper-intermediate English communication skills

? What You'll Do

- Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
- Build and optimize Omni-Channel routing, capacity, and presence management
- Develop scalable applications using Apex and LWC
- Maintain and enhance existing Aura and Visualforce components
- Build integrations with third-party systems using REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs
- Integrate Salesforce with telephony/CTI and external SaaS/AppExchange platforms
- Develop custom Salesforce objects and business functionality
- Write robust test classes and maintain high-quality Salesforce code
- Contribute to CI/CD, deployment, and migration processes
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions
