About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Dev Lead to lead Salesforce development and deployment activities, manage a team of developers, and optimize Salesforce platform solutions. This role requires strong experience in Salesforce LWC, Apex, Integration Services, Community Portal implementation, and related Salesforce technologies.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the design and development of Salesforce systems aligned with business requirements.
- Manage Salesforce integrations and ensure seamless data flow and functionality across connected systems.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, and triggers.
- Provide technical leadership to Salesforce development teams and ensure best practices are followed.
- Work closely with business and technology teams to identify needs, develop custom solutions, and maintain the Salesforce platform.
- Monitor progress, resolve technical blockers, and support successful delivery and deployment of Salesforce solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of Salesforce development and delivery experience.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce LWC, Salesforce Integration Services, and Salesforce Apex.
- Community Portal experience is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Aura, Visualforce, OmniStudio, Field Service Lightning, Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader, Einstein Analytics, and Marketing Cloud.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



or a related field; Master's degree or Salesforce certifications are preferred.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
