Time-Zone Requirement: Minimum 4-hour overlap with CST

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Salesforce CPQ QA Engineers with strong manual testing expertise and deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience testing complex CPQ configurations, pricing and discounting logic, approval workflows, contracts, amendments, renewals, subscriptions, and integrations with ERP, Billing, Revenue Cloud, and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing & QA

- Design and execute functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end test cases.
- Prepare detailed test plans, scenarios, test data, and execution reports.
- Validate business requirements and user stories.
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
- Support UAT, release validation, and production deployment activities.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and business stakeholders.

Salesforce CPQ Testing
- Test Salesforce CPQ configurations and customizations.
- Validate product bundles, product rules, options, dependencies, and exclusions.
- Test pricing calculations, discounting logic, pricing waterfalls, and discount schedules.
- Validate quote generation,



templates, and approval workflows.
- Test contracts, amendments, renewals, and subscription changes.
- Perform comprehensive end-to-end Quote-to-Cash testing .

Integration Testing Hands-on experience testing integrations between Salesforce CPQ and:
- SAP / Oracle / NetSuite or other ERP systems
- Salesforce Billing
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud
- CLM platforms
- External APIs and middleware

Must-Have Salesforce CPQ Experience Candidates should have hands-on testing experience with:
- Product Bundles, Product Rules & Price Rules
- Pricing Waterfalls & Discount Schedules
- Quote Templates & Advanced Approvals
- Contracts, Amendments & Renewals
- Subscription Products
- MDQ (Multi-Dimensional Quoting)
- Multi-currency quoting
- Salesforce Flows and Validation Rules
- Salesforce security and permission models
- Basic SOQL knowledge

Key Testing Scenarios Experience with most of the following is expected:

Product Configuration

- Bundles, dependencies, exclusions, and optional products

Pricing & Discounting

- Price rules and discount calculations
- Pricing waterfall validation
- Promotional and contract pricing

Quote Management

- Quote creation, modification, and versioning
- Product add/remove scenarios




- PDF/document validation
- Multi-currency scenarios

Approval Workflows

- Multi-level discount approvals
- Rejection, resubmission, delegation, and escalation

Contract & Renewal

- Contract generation and subscription renewals
- Amendments and co-termination
- Early renewals
- Subscription upgrades and downgrades

MDQ

- Multi-year subscriptions
- Segment-based pricing
- Year-over-year pricing
- Amendment impacts

End-to-End Q2C Opportunity → Quote → Approval → Order → Contract → Billing Handoff → Renewal

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce CPQ Certification
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud experience
- SaaS / Subscription business experience
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience with automation tools such as Provar, Selenium, Playwright, ACCELQ, or Copado Testing

Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of overall QA experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ testing.
- Robust Salesforce CPQ functional knowledge.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Q2C processes.
- Excellent manual testing and defect-management skills.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given priority.
- Must be comfortable working 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST with at least 4 hours of CST overlap .
