About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to join team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in handling and managing a team, driving business performance, achieving targets, and supporting team members to improve productivity.

Candidates with experience in Insurance, Stock Broking, Financial Services, Banking, or related industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve business and sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance on a regular basis.
- Allocate targets and responsibilities to team members.
- Guide and support team members in achieving their targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Track daily activities, productivity, and sales performance.
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.
- Provide coaching and training to team members wherever required.
- Maintain a positive and productive team environment.




- Coordinate with management and provide regular performance updates.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in team handling and team management.
- Experience as a Team Leader / Senior Executive / Supervisor managing a team.
- Experience in Insurance, Stock Broking, Financial Services, Banking, or similar industries is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of sales and target-oriented business environments.
- Ability to motivate and manage team members effectively.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
