Role Description The Sales Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role provides day-to-day support to the sales team by preparing quotations, drafting proposals, and maintaining accurate customer records and sales documentation. The specialist coordinates order processing, tracks deliveries, and works closely with operations and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities include managing inbound inquiries, following up with existing and prospective customers, updating CRM systems, and preparing regular sales reports and dashboards. The role also involves assisting with pricing updates, supporting customer communication,



and contributing to process improvements that enhance sales efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong sales administration and customer support skills, including handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining sales documentation.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting, with experience using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic analytics for tracking sales performance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams and engage professionally with customers.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of industrial or chemical products and supply chain processes; experience in the chemicals or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
- Comfort with on-site work in Hyderabad and readiness to support field sales activities when required.
- Relevant educational background in Business, Commerce, Chemistry, or a related field; prior experience in a sales support or inside sales role is preferred.
