We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader with a passion for driving results while ensuring sales & compliance. We’re looking for an experienced Team Manager & Team Leader with 5+ years of proven managerial & Team handling experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead & manage a sales team to achieve targets.
2. Drive revenue through consultative & solution-based selling.
3. Ensure compliance with sales processes & client agreements.
4. Mentor, train & guide your team to success Collaborate with cross-functional teams for client satisfaction.
5. Handle escalations & deliver timely solutions.
