Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting Metalex refrigeration products and solutions to industrial clients.

The Sales

Specialist will conduct product presentations and demonstrations, prepare quotations and proposals, and participate in contract negotiations in coordination with internal stakeholders.



Daily activities include responding to customer inquiries, collaborating with technical and project teams to understand client requirements, and ensuring timely follow-up and closure of sales leads. The role also includes maintaining accurate sales records, contributing to sales forecasting, and supporting customer training and after-sales service coordination as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship building, responsiveness, and issue resolution.
- Candidates should possess core Sales skills such as lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills, including pipeline management, reporting, and the ability to guide and educate customers or internal teams.
- Knowledge of industrial refrigeration or related engineering products is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, travel within the region, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.
