Role: Sales Associate – Inside Sales

Experience: 0–3 years

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

Job Type: Full time | Work from Office

Working Days: Monday–Saturday | 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

Salary: ₹27,000–₹30,000/month

Locations: Gurugram | Delhi | Bangalore | Noida | Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Connect with working professionals and understand their career goals.

Explain suitable management programs and convert leads into admissions.

Handle calls, follow-ups, and candidate queries.

Maintain lead records and achieve monthly sales targets.

Work with the team to drive conversions.

Skills Required

Good communication skills in English & Hindi.

Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

Passion for sales and a target-oriented approach.

Ability to work in a competitive environment.
