Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our dental laboratory team in Madurai. The candidate will be responsible for visiting dental clinics, meeting dentists, promoting our dental laboratory services, developing new doctor relationships, increasing case orders, and ensuring smooth collection and delivery of dental cases.

This is a field-based role, so the candidate should be comfortable travelling around Madurai and visiting multiple dental clinics on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit dental clinics and meet doctors regularly.
- Introduce and promote our dental laboratory services and products to new and existing doctors.
- Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with dentists and clinic staff.
- Identify and bring in new doctors/clinics for the laboratory.
- Follow up with existing doctors and work towards increasing case orders.
- Regularly visit assigned clinics and maintain proper follow-up.
- Collect dental models, impressions, cases, and other required materials from clinics.
- Coordinate and ensure timely case delivery to doctors/clinics.
- Collect incoming parcels from courier services when required.
- Communicate with the laboratory team regarding case collection, delivery, and doctor requirements.
- Maintain proper records of doctor visits, collections, deliveries, and follow-ups.
- Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
- Represent the laboratory professionally while visiting dental clinics.

Requirements

- Candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Ability to confidently communicate with doctors and clinic staff.




- Must be comfortable with field work and regular travel within Madurai.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and communication apps.
- Should be responsible, punctual, energetic, and sales-oriented.
- Should have a positive attitude and good relationship-building skills.

Two-Wheeler & Driving Licence – Mandatory

- Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Vehicle must have valid and proper documents.
- Candidate should be comfortable travelling to multiple dental clinics every day.

Dress Code The candidate must maintain a professional and neat appearance while visiting dental clinics.

- Formal / professional dress is required.
- Clean and well-groomed appearance is expected.
- The candidate will be representing the dental laboratory while meeting doctors, so professional conduct and appearance are important.

Working Hours 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM

Lunch Break: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM The role requires regular field visits during working hours based on doctor/clinic availability.
