Role Description The Sales Operations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow. This role oversees day-to-day sales operations, including managing order workflows, coordinating with export and logistics teams, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment for clients.

The Sales Operations

Manager tracks sales performance, analyzes operational data, and supports continuous improvement in processes and tools.

Responsibilities include maintaining strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders, resolving operational issues, and supporting sales teams with reporting, documentation, and forecasting.



The role also involves implementing best practices to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and support the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills to oversee sales workflows, process optimization, and coordination across teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate reports, and support decision-making and forecasting.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, with experience in maintaining high service standards and resolving issues promptly.
- Experience in sales operations, supply chain, or export/import environments is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
