Role Purpose

As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for expanding BAAYO's retail presence across your assigned territory while driving repeat business from existing customers.

Your success will be measured not just by sales numbers, but by your ability to build lasting retailer relationships, improve product visibility, educate customers, and become the face of

BAAYO in the market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Expand Retail Distribution

● Acquire new retail stores, cafés and restaurants within the assigned territory. ● Build BAAYO's presence in premium retail outlets.
1. Drive Sales Growth

● Achieve monthly sales and billing targets. ● Generate repeat orders from existing retailers.

● Increase order frequency and average order value.

● Maintain healthy secondary sales in assigned outlets.

1. Retail Execution & Merchandising

● Ensure excellent shelf visibility. ● Install and maintain POSM.

● Execute merchandising standards.

● Ensure products are properly displayed and easily discoverable.

● Monitor stock levels, stock freshness and minimize out-of-stock situations

1. Build Robust Customer Relationships

● Develop long-term relationships with retailers and restaurant owners. ● Educate customers about BAAYO products.

● Resolve retailer concerns promptly.

● Ensure high retailer satisfaction leading to repeat business.

1. Market Intelligence

● Track competitor activities. ● Report pricing, promotions and new product launches.

● Share consumer feedback with the management team.





● Identify emerging opportunities in the market.

1. Daily Sales Operations

● Execute daily beat plans. ● Conduct market visits.

● Cold call prospective customers.

● Book orders.

● Follow up on collections wherever applicable.

● Submit daily sales reports.

● Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager on market updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

● Graduate

Experience

● 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience preferred

● Beverage industry experience will be an advantage

● Experience in General Trade (GT) and MT preferred

● Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply

Language Proficiency

● Speak - Hindi (Must) , Marathi and Gujrati ( Desirable)

● Write - English (Must)

● Read - Hindi, English ( Must)

Working Conditions

● Six-day work week

● Daily reporting: 9:30 AM

● Market working hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

● Extensive field travel across assigned territory

Travel Requirements

● Own two-wheeler is mandatory

● Valid driving licence is mandatory

Pay: ₹9,944.90 - ₹35,000.00 per month
