/n Job Title: Sales Officer Building materials /n Location: Chennai /n Vacancy: 15 /n Area: Anywhere in Chennai /n Salary: Minimum 23 K PM to maximum 40 K PM + TA + DA + Incentive /n Job Summary: /n Responsible for achieving primary and secondary sales targets for Building materials/ steel / TMT bars in the assigned territory. The role involves managing distributors and dealers, expanding the customer base, developing relationships with builders, contractors, and retailers, and driving market growth. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Achieve monthly sales targets (primary & secondary).

/n

- Manage distributors, dealers, and retailers.

/n

- Appoint recent channel partners and expand market coverage.

/n

- Conduct regular market visits to generate business.

/n

- Build relationships with builders, contractors, and influencers.

/n

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

/n





- Ensure timely collections, stock availability, and order execution.

/n

- Submit daily sales reports and maintain customer records.

/n /n Qualifications: /n /n

- Graduate in any discipline .

/n

- Minimum 25 years of experience in TMT, Steel, Cement, or Building Materials sales.

/n

- Strong communication, negotiation, and channel sales skills.

/n

- Knowledge of the Chennai market is preferred.
