Role Summary We are looking for driven, technically proficient Sales & Marketing RF Engineers to join our growing teams in Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. This full-time, in office role bridges technical expertise and commercial growth, focusing on promoting our sophisticated portfolio of RF/microwave components, simulation software, and antenna systems to key players in the research, defense, space, and academic sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Consultation: Understand complex customer requirements and translate them into viable, high-performance RF and microwave system solutions.
- Pre & Post-Sales Support: Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and tender documentation; manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct high-impact product demonstrations,



technical presentations, and workshops for prospective and existing clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in defense, research, and academia.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technological requirements to capture new market opportunities.
- Revenue Generation: Consistently achieve individual and regional sales targets, contribute to marketing campaigns, and actively represent Jyoti Electronics at prominent industry events and customer meetings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or a closely related field.
- Technical Foundation:
- Strong background in RF Design, RF Circuits, and Circuit Design, with practical insight into implementation and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on familiarity with RF test and measurement equipment (e.g., Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers).
- Working knowledge of RF components, antenna systems, and electromagnetic/circuit simulation tools (e.g., CST, Mician) is highly advantageous.
- Commercial Aptitude: Strong sales and marketing mindset with proven capabilities in lead generation, technical negotiation, and client engagement.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Mobility & Flexibility: Willingness to work on-site at your chosen location (Ahmadabad, Hyderabad, or Bangalore) and travel to customer sites as required.
- Experience: Prior experience in RF sales, technical sales, or application engineering within the electronics, aerospace, or telecommunication sectors will be viewed favorably.
