Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive will work on-site in Kalyan in a full time capacity, supporting sales and marketing initiatives across institutional and alternate distribution channels. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, tracking performance of promotional activities, and preparing reports and presentations for management.

Executive will also assist in developing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support channel partners to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

. 5-6 daily Visits to clients offices .

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Market Research skills to analyze trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to drive business development, manage pipelines, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess core Marketing skills to execute campaigns, support brand-building activities, and enhance customer engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kalyan, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic data analysis is beneficial.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing, especially in FMCG, retail, or distribution sectors, will be an advantage.
