Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Work)

Key Responsibilities

Field visits to generate MSME business leads

Promote financial products (Business Loans, CC, TL, CGTMSE)

Build strong network with business owners & industries

Client meetings, follow-ups & relationship management

Coordinate with internal team for deal closures

Required Skills

Robust communication and interpersonal skills

Sales and negotiation skills

Lead generation and client acquisition

Good follow-up and relationship-management ability

Target-oriented and proactive approach

Basic knowledge of MSME business and financial services

Working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, LinkedIn and digital marketing

Ability to handle B2B/client-facing responsibilities

Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills can also be considered.
