Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales team, achieve revenue targets and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of premium retail, excellent leadership skills and a genuine interest in sarees, textiles and Indian ethnic fashion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and train the showroom sales team.
- Set monthly and weekly sales targets and monitor performance.
- Deliver a premium, personalised shopping experience to every customer.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable sarees, fabrics and occasion wear.
- Build relationships with wedding shoppers, families and high-value customers.
- Manage enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram and other digital channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high satisfaction.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the inventory and management teams.




- Support visual merchandising and maintain an elegant showroom presentation.
- Track sales, conversion rates, average order value and team performance.
- Share regular sales reports and customer insights with management.
- Assist with festive promotions, new collection launches and in-store events.
- Stay informed about fashion trends, competitor activity and customer demand.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, including team-handling experience.
- Experience in sarees, ethnic wear, fashion, jewellery or premium retail is preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to lead a team and consistently achieve targets.
- Professional appearance and confident communication.
- Fluency in Hindi; working English is preferred.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, basic billing software and sales reports.
- Strong understanding of wedding and festive customer requirements.
- Graduate degree preferred, although relevant experience will be prioritised.
