Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Manager will lead and manage branch and field sales activities, including developing sales plans, driving customer acquisition, and achieving revenue and portfolio growth targets.

Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring sales teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and improving customer experience.

Manager will also analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with operations and credit teams to support smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including target setting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- Customer relationship management capabilities, with experience in handling retail or MSME banking customers.
- Team leadership and people management skills, including coaching, mentoring, and engaging sales staff.
- Analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends for decision-making.
- Solid understanding of banking products and services; experience in small finance, microfinance, or retail banking is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales management or supervisory role, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, with readiness for local travel as required.
