We’re hiring Sales Managers to lead and grow high-performing Inside Sales teams in a fast-growing EdTech company.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives.
- Drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor KPIs, conversions, and team performance.
- Coach team members and improve sales productivity.
- Manage pitching, negotiation, and closures.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve the sales funnel.

Requirements
- Graduation mandatory.
- 4+ years overall experience.
- 2+ years in EdTech Sales.
- 2+ years of team handling experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work from the Gurugram office.
