Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Bengaluru.

The Sales

Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, achieving sales targets, identifying recent business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The role involves leading a sales team,



monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies for business growth.

Qualifications

- Sales Management and Business Development expertise
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Leadership, team management, and performance monitoring experience
- Knowledge of the real estate sector is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
