Role Description The Sales Manager – Reactive is a full-time, on-site role based at The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa in Jaipur. This role is responsible for managing incoming sales inquiries, responding to leads, and converting prospects into confirmed bookings for rooms, events, and group stays. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating rates and contracts within approved guidelines, coordinating with operations, revenue, and marketing teams, and maintaining accurate records in the sales systems.

Manager – Reactive will build and maintain relationships with corporate, leisure, and event clients, conduct site inspections, and support the execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. The role also involves regular reporting, market feedback, and adherence to brand standards to ensure a seamless and guest-centric experience.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hospitality sales or event sales, preferably in upscale resorts or hotels.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and contract handling.
- Ability to manage inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up effectively to convert leads.
- Comfort with using hotel sales and CRM systems, MS Office, and basic data analysis for reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a professional and guest-centric approach.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (events, operations, revenue, and marketing) to deliver successful programs.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in the Jaipur or Rajasthan market and understanding of MICE, wedding, and leisure segments is an advantage.
