Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Gujarat- Ahmedabad

Description: We are looking for Sales Manager. We are seeking a motivated and results oriented Sales Manager to expand our customer base and drive sales of material handling equipment and warehouse solutions. This role requires identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable solutions, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and lead generation.
- Ability to Understand customer requirement and can suggest tool accordingly, and track it till closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial and corporate customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable material handling solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- monthly and annual sales targets while expanding the customer base.




- Coordinate with technical and service teams for seamless order execution and customer support.
- Reach out to the Wearhouse manager to expand new leads.
- Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and sales forecasts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Education: Marketing/ Experience: 2-3 years of HR experience Strong communication & negotiation skills.

Key Skill:

- Experience in MHE Sales.
- Candidate from logistic Sales background will be preferable
- Excellent Communication and negation skill
- Experience in networking, New lead generation, know how to connect with current customers.
- Good in PPT, to showcase our tool.
- Strong Understanding and quick resolution skill will be an advantage.
- Can work within given timeline, target oriented, Self motivated.
