Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Manager is Responsible for Driving Revenue Growth by Developing and Executing Sales Strategies, Building Strong Client Relationships, and Increasing Brand Visibility in the Market. The Role Focuses On Acquiring New Clients, Retaining Existing Accounts, and Positioning The Company As a Preferred Services Provider.

Key Responsibilities:1. Full P&L; Ownership & Revenue Architecture

· Own end-to-end revenue performance, pricing strategy, margin optimization, and business unit profitability.

2. Global Go-To-Market (GTM) Leadership

· Design scalable GTM frameworks for multi-country product launches with localization strategy and demand generation models.

3. Enterprise Sales Strategy & Strategic Deal Closing

· Lead multi-million-dollar enterprise deals, complex contract negotiations, and long-cycle B2B sales engagements.

4. Data-Driven Growth Engineering

· Use advanced analytics, AI/ML-driven insights, and predictive modeling to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and LTV.

5. Omnichannel Growth Ecosystem Building

· Integrate performance marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, and digital ecosystems into one unified growth engine.

6. Strategic Key Account & Global Client Management

· Manage Fortune-level clients, build CXO relationships,



and drive long-term strategic partnerships.

7. Market Expansion & Business Scalability Strategy

· Identify and execute entry into emerging markets with regulatory, economic, and competitive analysis.

8. Cross-Functional Executive Collaboration

· Work directly with C-level leadership, product engineering, finance, and operations to align business strategy globally.

9. Brand Leadership & Market Positioning at Scale

· Establish category leadership, brand dominance, and global positioning through integrated brand strategy.

10. Organizational Leadership & Sales Transformation

· Build and scale high-performance global teams, implement sales automation systems, and drive digital transformation of revenue operations.

Requirements

· Any Bachelor’s Degree

· 3–5 years of Sales and Marketing Experience, Preferably in Cleaning Services, Facilities Management, or Service-Based Industries.

· Proven Track Record of Meeting or Exceeding Sales Targets

· Solid Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication Skills

· Experience with CRM Systems and Digital Marketing Tools
