Role Description The Sales Manager role at Foxoso Hotel is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Manager is responsible for driving room and event sales by developing and managing corporate, leisure, and group accounts. Daily activities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales calls and client meetings, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts and rates. The role also involves collaborating with the front office and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts, and participating in promotional initiatives and local networking events.

Manager will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to refine sales strategies and support revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and business development.
- Ability to analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and use data to inform sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients and internal stakeholders.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Comfortable with using hotel PMS and CRM systems, as well as standard office productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in the Jaipur market or regional hospitality sector is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, based on business needs.
