Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage real estate sales executives/agents.
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate and convert property leads.
- Handle site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Build relationships with buyers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance through CRM and sales reports.
- Develop sales strategies, offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, legal, and project teams.
- Train and motivate sales staff.
- Ensure achievement of revenue and booking targets.
