Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager – Dental to manage and grow our business across the Hyderabad territory.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in channel, dealer, and distributor sales, along with excellent communication and relationship- management skills.

Candidates with a background in Dental Clinical Equipment, Medical Equipment, or B2B Technical Sales are preferred.

However, professionals from other industries with strong technical or B2B sales exposure may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

 Drive sales of dental clinical equipment and consumables across the assigned territory

.  Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

 Manage, develop, and expand the dealer and distributor network.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, doctors, distributors, and channel partners.

 Conduct product presentations,



demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and partners.

 Identify recent business opportunities and ensure sustained market growth.

 Handle customer inquiries, provide product guidance, and ensure high service standards.

 Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

 Prepare and submit periodic sales and performance reports.

 Travel extensively within the assigned region as required.

Requirements

 2 to 6 years of sales experience (Dental or Medical Equipment industry preferred).

 Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

 Proven experience in channel, dealer, or distributor sales.

 Ability to manage a large territory independently.

 B2B or technical sales experience will be an added advantage.

 Willingness to travel extensively.

 Candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to Guwahati
