Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to sales inquiries promptly via email, phone, and chat, providing detailed product consultations to help customers make informed purchase decisions.

Follow up consistently with leads to ensure no opportunities are missed.

Assist customers in selecting the right products and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Prepare accurate order summaries and invoices, coordinating with the operations team for order fulfillment.

Address post-sale and delivery issues promptly and effectively.

Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).

Cultivate relationships with B2B customers to encourage repeat business and manage larger orders.

Required Candidate Profile:

Experience in US-based sales processes is advantageous.

Preference for candidates with USA accent training.

Previous experience in voice, email, and chat support is preferred.

Proven success in US-based sales processes is a plus.

Good listening skills are essential.
