Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and expand our healthcare and hospital equipment sales operations across Bihar & Jharkhand. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in selling healthcare products, hospital machines, medical equipment, or related solutions, along with proven team leadership and business development skills.

Medical Representatives with strong healthcare/medical equipment sales experience may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Bihar & Jharkhand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, healthcare institutions, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Handle negotiations, client meetings, product presentations,



and business closures.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Contribute to increasing market presence and brand visibility across the region.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in healthcare, medical equipment, hospital machines, or medical products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team-management abilities.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare/hospital market in Bihar & Jharkhand.
- Candidates from Medical Representative / Medical Equipment / Healthcare Sales backgrounds are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month
- High performance-based incentives / variables over and above fixed salary
