? Sales Head – Luxury Interiors & Construction

Dreamspace Projects is a growing luxury interiors & construction company based in Pune.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head who can take complete ownership of our sales function and build a high-performing sales team.

This is not a telecalling or lead-generation role.

We are looking for a proven high-ticket closer who is comfortable handling premium clients, presenting ₹15L–₹50L+ proposals, negotiating commercials and closing projects.

What you'll own

- Take complete ownership of the sales pipeline from qualified lead to closure
- Conduct premium client meetings and site visits
- Understand client requirements, budget and buying intent
- Lead quotation presentations and commercial negotiations
- Handle objections and close high-value interior & construction projects
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Drive consistent monthly revenue growth
- Train, manage and improve the existing sales team
- Establish structured follow-up and CRM processes
- Track conversion rates, average ticket size, sales cycle and revenue
- Work closely with the design and execution teams
- Build a scalable sales system capable of achieving ₹1Cr+ monthly sales

Who we're looking for
- 4–8+ years of sales experience




- Proven experience in interiors, construction, real estate, luxury furniture, modular kitchens, building materials or another high-ticket industry
- Experience personally closing ₹15L+ deals is highly preferred
- Robust negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Strong commercial understanding
- Target-driven with a high level of ownership
- Experience managing or mentoring salespeople is preferred
- Comfortable working from office in Pune

Compensation ₹60,000–₹80,000/month fixed + performance-based incentives

High performers can earn significantly more based on revenue and profitability.
