Position: Sales Executive Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu / Dindigal Department: Sales Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary VGP Housing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling customer enquiries, promoting the company's projects, coordinating site visits, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through field visits, references, calls, digital platforms and other sources . Handle customer enqu Explain company projects, property features, pricing, payment plans and other relevant details to prospective cuiries and understand their property requirements and preferences .stomers. Coordinate and arrange property/site visits for interested customers.

Follow up with leads and prospective customers regularly to convert enquiries into sales. Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups and sales activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process. Assist customers with the necessary documentation and coordinate with the concerned departments until the completion of the transaction.





Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements in the Trichy market. Participate in local marketing activities, promotional campaigns and property exhibitions when required. Provide regular updates to the Branch Manager regarding leads, follow-ups, site visits and sales performance.

Ensure skilled and timely communication with customers at all stages of the sales process.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Sales , preferably in Real Estate / Property Sales . Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered. Good knowledge of the Trichy / Dindugal local market will be an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and site visits. Basic knowledge of MS Office and maintaining sales records.

Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
